■First dish: Light seasonal fresh salad, bite-sized Yukhoe and small Wagyu beef sushi ■Second dish: Grilled meat (2 types of salt / 3 types of sauce)
■Rice: Freshly cooked rice in a clay pot (1 cup)
■Third dish: Marbled and lean grilled sukiyaki ■Sweet: Vanilla ice cream and espresso

This winter-only course uses carefully selected Wagyu beef and is carefully crafted to leave a lingering aroma.

■First dish: Amuse-bouche of seasonal vegetables and Wagyu beef sushi ■Second dish: Grilled Wagyu beef and seasonal grilled vegetables [Wagyu tongue / 4 types of lean meat]
■Third dish: Japanese dashi and Wagyu beef shabu-shabu. Final dish: Yuzu and ginger medicinal rice porridge. ■Sweets: Seasonal ice cream and seasonal flower sake affogato.
